Refund Policy:

We will refund fee for the month even after the begining of classes for that specific month. If student decides to stop the classes. Academy's policy of refunding will be unconditional.

Complaints:

Academy's complaints/follow up department remains in contact with students in order to listen their problems and follow up regarding the quality of tuition.

Cancellation Policy:

Prior notice before a month is mandatory for any student in order to cancel the subscription.

Public Holidays:

As academy is following monthly fee structure so public holidays are not exempted from it.

Payment of Fee:

Iqra Quran Academy receives fee in the start of month by issuing an invoice.
